Balabolka is a russian word that can be translated as 'chatterer' and also the name give to this application that can read your texts aloud.
Balabolka can read a large list of formats: DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML. Furthermore, it can also save the speech as WAV, OGG, MP3 or OGG.

You can change the voice speed and tone, as well as the voice itself.
Balabolka includes two standard speakers (male and female), although you can use any other voices stored in your computer.
